Situated in a splendid lake view position, in the beautiful resort village of Laglio this fabulous holiday property boasts a fine modern standard of holiday accommodation over 5 floors making it ideal for groups and families up to 6-8.

To the garden level is a large open plan living area furnished with a double sofa bed with French doors leading directly into the fabulous sunny garden. A bedroom with a double bed can be found here as well. In this tranquil and sunny lake view spot planted with olive trees guests can enjoy a family BBQ or sunbathe on the sun loungers provided. A basement utility room with WC and washing machine is also situated and stairs lead to the ground floor entrance level.

To this floor guests can enjoy the main open plan living and dining area which features a modern kitchen diner with a newly fitted kitchen perfectly equipped for a self-catering stay with a electric gas hob and oven, an electric kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Access to a lawn provides an additional alfresco dining area perfect for the warm summer months.
The first floor provides guests with a spacious open plan living and dining area with SAT TV and facing double French doors which lead out to a splendid sunny lake view balcony terrace equipped with outdoor dining furniture. The lake views from this point will truly provide a breathtaking back drop to any meal and dinner party!

To the second floor a spacious double bedroom with two single beds which can twinned if desired features as well as a spacious modern bathroom with power shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.

Guests will find a further double bedroom to the third floor with steps leading up to a low beamed lof fitted with a double bed.

The spacious and versatile apartment conveniently benefits from lift access and safe parking nearby the residence, with the local amenities of Laglio right on the doorstep.
The picturesque village is situated along the south western shore of the Lake perfectly positioned for relaxing and exploring the lake with a frequent bus service, direct routes to Como city and close proximity to ferry serviced towns. The quaint village provides a grocery shop, tennis courts, cafes and a selection of very good authentic restaurants along its idyllic tree-lined lakefront, which is admired worldwide for its romantic appeal from Hollywood film stars to Europe’s social-elite. George Clooney is even a resident here, making the village highly desirable on the Lake.

The nearby resort town of Cernobbio boasts a wide selection of boutique designer and jewellery shops, antique dealers, galleries and a cafe-lined promenade with ferry service. The worldwide famous Villa D’Este Golf Club and Villa Erba are situated here and guests can enjoy lake activities from tennis, swimming, water sports, cycling, golf and sailing.

Public lidos can be reached in the nearby town of Argegno and the Lido in Lenno which boasts lake swimming from its sandy beach and a taxi boat service to the famous visitor attraction of Villa Balbianello.

Como city is just a 10 minute drive away and provides a wide variety of cosmopolitan delights and fast train links to Milan and its airports.
