A comfortable stay in the countryside to experience those authentic sensations which have been forgotten by the present, enjoy the Dolce Vita at La Residenza Dei Piaceri Perduti and live Florence historical city center which is 15 minutes away by train or car. L’ALLOGGIO An apartment with every comfort you would have at home where you’ll be fascinated by the genuine charm of the Tuscan countryside. The space (75 sqm) is the result of an accurate restoration ended in 2018. The accommodation consists of one comfortable kitchen; one dining room/living room with a 42 inch satellite TV; one double bedroom with the possibility to add a cradle; one big bathroom with shower; one laundry room with washing machine/dryer and iron.In the basement our guests will discover a big room with vaulted ceiling which can be a relax area with 2 inch satellite TV and sofa bed. WI-FI and heating/air-conditioning systems are included in the price. The structure is situated on a hill which dominates the medieval village of Lastra a Signa. It is a strategic position because you can reach the village city-center and the railway station in a 15 minutes walk. It is possible to arrive to the center of Florence by train in 15 minutes and the railway station also connects the village to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna. On demand, a shuttle service is available to get to the railway station, and to the airports of Pisa and Firenze. Our hosts will enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood but also the presence of several comforts such as: -a parking lot (50 meters away) -a mini-market (100 meters away) -a local restaurant (150 meters away) Moreover, the center of Lastra a Signa provides all the additional services you may require as a shopping center with supermarket, cash machine and bank, post-of?ce, car rental, restaurants/ pizzerias, patisseries, cafés.
