Blu al lago is an apartment located on the eastern shore of Lake Como, in the characteristic town of Lierna, a few steps from the greenery of nature and panoramic paths ideal for walks and excursions.
The apartment is located in a residential complex surrounded by a large park, with a swimming pool available to residents and tenants.
The modern-style furnishings dominated by light colours that blend well with the blue inserts that recall the colour of our lake.
The apartment has an entrance hall, fully equipped and well equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with comfortable double sofa bed, terrace overlooking the park and swimming pool, well equipped where you can enjoy excellent Italian cuisine and sip a glass of good wine at sunset , master bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
Blu al lago is equipped with WI-FI, A/C, TV, kitchen equipped with 4-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and all the equipment to prepare excellent local food. The apartment also has a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The private garage completes the whole.
The apartment is 500 meters from the city centre, 800 meters from the beach of Grumo and 600 meters from the Lierna station. The town is connected to all the other towns on the eastern shore of Lake Como by scheduled boats that depart from the landing stage in the town centre. The famous Varenna, connected by ferry to the entire central lake, is only 7 km away and can be reached by boat or train and is certainly a stop not to be missed!
