Comfortable holiday apartments with a modern kitchen unit, near the sea The holiday apartments are in a little holiday residence in the centre of the town of Locri on the Ionian coast in Calabria. The house is very close to the beach. There are three independent apartments with modern furnishing. They are comfortable and have a wireless Internet connection. The apartments have air conditioning throughout that also has a heating function. A safe is provided for storing your valuables securely. If you arrive by car then you can park on the street. Four bicycles can be used free of charge (subject to availability). The breakfast included in the price is served in a bar next to the holiday residence (a hot drink and a roll per person, extras payabe in addition). Deckchairs and a parasol are reserved for you on the beach 700 metres away and included in the rental price (for stays between 15 June and 15 September). A cot and a highchair are available. The location of the holiday apartments is ideal: 700 metres from the beach, so you can walk or drive there. There are shops and restaurants within a radius of about 500 metres.

This is a two-room apartment on the first floor, providing ample space for four or a maximum of five people. It is therefore ideal for a family holiday. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed (80 x 190cm), and a kitchen. The modern kitchen unit is fully and generously equipped, including a fridge and a gas stove and oven, along with a cosy dining space with a table and four chairs. The bathroom has modern fittings and provides a shower cubicle, washing machine and hairdryer. A TV with a DVBT antenna is also available. A single bed can be pulled out from under the bunk bed and set up in the kitchen. A big sunny terrace awaits you outside with garden furniture.
