Villa VIOLETTA is located in Luino, on the Lombard shores of Lake Maggiore. It is a modern villa, with a pool, overlooking the lake situated in a lovely residential area in the hills near the Swiss border. Lugano is only 15 minutes away, Campione d'Italy is a 25-minute drive and Luino just 5 minutes from the house.
VIOLETTA is surrounded by a beautiful, relatively level 2000 m2 garden, with mature trees and prized plant varieties. The pool area has comfortable sun beds for sunbathing on. A spacious living area with large windows overlooking the terrace is furnished with sofas and satellite TV; the modern kitchen is equipped with top-brand, quality appliances and the dining area has a large table. Here on the main floor is the master bedroom, with walk-in closet/dressing room and a beautiful bathroom; another room with sofa-bed and another bathroom. A glass elevator leads to the lower pool level; here a large room overlooking the pool area has a french bed, a double sofa-bed and a bathroom with large shower carved into the rock, and access to the utility room with washing machine. Next to the house is a large gazebo with a table and a barbecue. The large panoramic terrace off the living room is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
