The house lies at an altitude of 1400 metres in the Mühlwalder Valley, at the entrance to the Lappacher waterfalls. For occupancy with six people, there are two single beds instead of the sofa. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a glass ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, a mixer, and a radio. The apartment has a double bedroom with a beautiful view of the mountains, as well as another large double bedroom with its own bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin.
