The apartment is accessed via a private lift; arrived on the floor, there is a covered terrace with hammocks and a relaxation area where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. Entering the apartment there is the bright living area with large windows overlooking the lake front terrace where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake. The terrace has deck chairs and a table with chairs. The living room has a sitting room with Smart TV, large sofa, decarative fireplace only; the separate kitchen is modern and well equipped. All the furnishings are very nice, modern and elegant. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower. Climbing the staircase you reach the large attic with windows with panoramic views: a real small apartment.
