“Villino Le Sprizze” is located in a very quiet area along the provincial road from Procchio to Marciana Marina. From the apartment you can enjoy a wonderful panorama, overlooking the sea. A short walk will take you to the small, pristine and wild cove of Sprizze, with a cliff and a narrow strip of sand with dark pebbles; the seabed is absolutely wonderful. The towns of Marciana Marina and the town of Procchio are located about 4 kilometers away. This two-level apartment can host 4 people. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a kitchenette equipped with 4 gas burners, a fridge with a small freezer, a sofa and a small pantry compartment. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with double bed and a terrace with a sea view; a small bedroom with bunk bed, a small bathroom with shower. The property has a small outdoor area equipped with table and chairs. A short walk on a dirt road takes straight to the sea. Simple but comfortable furniture. No parking space; it is possible to park along the provincial road. Arrivals: Check-in 4 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Departure: Check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: electricity, water, and gas included. Final cleaning: € 95 to be paid at the agency before the keys are handed over; Linen: not included. You may reserve them for € 20/person per week to be paid at the agency at the time of booking.
