Modern holiday apartments with a pool in a three-unit house
Two apartments are available to let in this beautiful villa with a swimming pool. The property is nestled into the landscape around Monte Iblei. The house is just 5km from the sea at Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata, and is in the middle of the region around Modica, Ragusa and Scicli, which was declared a UNESCO world cultural heritage site.
The two apartments are on the ground floor of the house and have a shared secure pool, open from 1 June to 4 October 2020, measuring 15 x 7m. By the pool there are also a toilet and a fridge, so that you can spend relaxing hours there. The entrance and the parking space on the property have a remote-controlled gate and are also used by the owners, who live on the upper floor. The whole property is enclosed with stone walls. A garage can be rented on request.
The apartments are very suitable for family holiday by the sea, as both in Donnalucata and Marina di Ragusa there are free beaches with gently inclined sandy slopes, ideal for children.
The nearest shops are about 4km away.
The pool is shared only by guests of the two apartments and is surrounded by a paved area and there is also a little service-house with a bathroom. The first apartment provides 90m² of living space and can accommodate four people. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed. Next to it there are an open kitchen, a separate dining room with a sofa bed for two people, and a bathroom with a shower. Two supplementary beds can be added on request. Both apartments are new, completely furnished and fully equipped for a pleasant stay (bedlinen, hand towels, pans).
