Modern and comfortable house with garden in the town of Mascali, near the beach of Sant'Anna.

The house extends to the ground floor and boasts a wonderful outdoor space complete with an outdoor shower and sink, an above-ground pool, a dining table, a barbecue, and a sitting area. It consists of a spacious living area furnished with a television, sofa, and dining table and a kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The sleeping area has two bedrooms. The first is furnished with a queen-size bed, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the second has a bunk bed and a single sofa bed. An additional bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout.

Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and central heating.

The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 31st of October.

Thanks to the convenient position of Riposto, the most curious can explore nearby treasures of East Sicily by going to Giarre, Giardini Naxos, Catania, and Taormina.
