On entering the apartment guests will find a spacious and stylish open plan living and dining room ideal for entertaining. A stylish red sofa allows guests to unwind in front of the flat screen TV provided, whilst easy access from here to the private lake view balcony terrace provides a lovely flow to the room. With sliding glass screens to offer shelter when needed, the balcony terrace offers the perfect warm and inviting area in which to relax throughout the year, with far reaching views of Bellagio to serve as the perfect back drop for enjoying a drink or evening meal to the small dining area.
More formal dinner parties for up to 6 can easily be enjoyed to the modernist dining area provided next to the living area. A fully-equipped modern kitchen is situated next to the open plan room for guest’s convenience and offers everything one could wish for when preparing delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. Its large opening looks out into the open plan living room, for a sociable venue in which to cook whilst entertaining guests.
The sleeping accommodation offers flexible arrangements to suit groups of 4, with a spacious double bedroom and a large twin bedroom. Couples can enjoy the restful ambience of the master bedroom, which offers a simply contemporary finish enhanced by the beautiful lake views from its Juliette balcony. The twin bedroom is equally spacious and looks out to the surrounding residence and is furnished with fitted wardrobes. A completely renovated bathroom offers a striking place in which you will be able to enjoy your shower and revive the senses.
Outside the residence, guests are within easy walking distance of the mooring facilities of Nobiallo Marina as well as the frequent western shore bus service. Nearby Menaggio is within easy reach also, to provide a picturesque accompaniment to a holiday here with a wide range of local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars to enjoy alongside the resort town’s popular Lido and frequent car and passenger ferry service.
