Nestled on the Menaggio hillside in the desirable enclave of Loveno, this 2 bed ground floor apartment provides a tranquil setting from which to reach the amenities, attractions and activities of the Central Lake.

Internally, the apartment offers a carefree ambience ideal for couples and flexible family stays for 4. Equipped with an open fireplace and electric fans, guests will feel at ease here in all seasons. A bright and welcoming living and dining area paint the scene for domestic bliss whilst away, with every home comfort to hand including a sofa suite, WIFI access, a flat screen TV and DVD player on hand for guests’ amusement. A music stereo is also on hand to set the mood. A charming dining area for 6 is perfectly complemented by an alfresco dining terrace for 4; which can easily be reached by a set of French doors. Overlooking the serene private garden, the terrace offers an ideal setting for stress-free summertime entertaining.

A fully-equipped kitchen also features to the holiday apartment; for carefree cooking whilst away. Guests will find a cooker hob, oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher provided, alongside all the must-have cooking utensils and crockery.

The sleeping accommodation is perfectly suited for honeymooners or groups of 4. Couples can savour the tranquillity of the spacious master double bedroom, which leads directly out to the scenic and romantic covered terrace. There is a second bedroom furnished with two single beds (room without window). A modern fitted bathroom with power shower completes the internal layout, and is complemented by a hairdryer, ironing and private laundry facilities.

Outside, the picturesque residence features a private garage and sunny landscaped garden with sloping lawn. The idyllic mountainside setting offers beautiful lake views and is perfectly placed for reaching the nearby hiking routes, Loveno Tennis club, Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, La Barcola Agriturismo and the horse riding centres of Porlezza. The picturesque and well-serviced centre of Menaggio is also within enviable reach by car, just 5 minutes drive away. Here a wealth of shops, delicatessens, supermarkets, cafes and authentic restaurants await! Menaggio also boasts a fabulous family-friendly Lido, kayak and power boat hire, a children’s park and easy access around Lake Como; via its main road, bus links and its car and passenger ferry service. Lake-based fans can easily reach the many nearby Lidos, water sport clubs, boat rental and Lake swimming spots, whilst avid walkers can take on many breathtaking hikes in historical San Siro and all along the Tremezzina shore.

Lake Como is home to some truly beautiful visitor attractions, including Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi and the famous golden triangle resort towns of Varenna, Bellagio and of course Menaggio. The idyllic year-round holiday destination also boasts a fantastic array of authentic Italian dining experiences; from relaxed pizzerias, friendly ‘Tavernas’ and ambient wine bars to charming hillside Agroturismos and romantic lakeside venues serving delectable Lombardy cuisine.
