The apartment has been designed with families in mind and is not suitable for guests seeking to use the house for loud parties, or hen / stag weekends. The penthouse is part of a small condominium building with two other apartments, so the common spaces must be shared fairly, and excessive noise must be restricted between 10pm and 8am. A copy of the building rules is available on request, and in any event will be provided in advance of your stay once you have booked.
