The holiday home is situated along ‘Via Como’, within carefree distance from the amenities of town. The main ferry stop in Menaggio is 3 minutes’ walk away, whilst a local bar, trattoria, the holiday home service office and a bus stop are just a stone’s throw away.

Guests are within a 3-5 minutes’ walk away from a local grocery shop, gift shops, delicatessens, supermarkets, authentic bars, restaurants and the popular Lido di Menaggio. The family-friendly resort offers opportunities for boat rentals, lake swimming, kayak hire, golf, tennis and hiking and is very well-placed for sightseeing around the touristic parts of Lake Como.
