Suitable for children and the elderly, this mountain-view holiday apartment offers access to a shared garden, partial lake view and a private terrace with an outside dining area.

Its spacious living room is furnished with a single sofa bed, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen-diner. The bright and well-lit kitchen area is fitted with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge.

The beautiful apartment with a modern layout is located in a peaceful location with lots of sunlight. The lake and the beach are less than 10 minutes from the house. There is also a golf course and a tennis court nearby that can be reached within 5 minutes. The nearest restaurant is a short walk away.

The nearest town, Menaggio (about 4 kilometers) is a popular tourist town that attracts visitors from around the globe. It offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the pleasant Lake Como, take a stroll along its promenade, explore the region on hiking and cycling routes and a host of water sports. The main town square has a lovely cluster of cafes and historical centers that are worth exploring. The well-developed transport system, especially the ferry service, allows visitors to easily visit other lake towns such as Bellagio (38 minutes) and Varenna (42 minutes).

Malpensa Airport is about 91 kilometers’ drive from the holiday apartment.
