An arched entrance through a beautifully decorated porch leads you to the living room, which is the perfect combination of wide spaces and naturally lit interiors. In the living room centred around a fireplace, the guests would be transported into a world defined by a luxurious feel, thanks to beautiful accents like ornate statues and chandeliers. The living room is further completed by a massive flat-screen TV and a dining set up for you to laze around after a busy day.

The kitchen is a pleasant contrast to the living, with sleek and modern decor and every possible utility at your disposal: To make the stay carefree, there is a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and toaster. Those who prefer a more modern setup will also find their favourite spot to unwind here as the lake-view villa features a coffee corner with a stylish glass table leading out to the outdoors.

The bus stop (with a C10 connection to Tremezzina) is just a stone’s throw away, meanwhile, the boat rental and water taxi agency are 5-minutes on foot from here. Nature lovers can easily visit the beautiful Val di Sanagra in just 10 minutes and enjoy the heritage walk, historic villas and spectacular views of Lake Como. Plus, golf lovers will also find this villa a suitable base from where to T-off as the Menaggio-Cadenabbia golf club is also 10 minutes from here.
