There is also a large, communal swimming pool access for the guests, along with sun loungers to sun-bathe at leisure.

Located just a few minutes from the splendid lakefront, guests here can take their time and holiday at their own pace. The apartment makes it easy for visitors to dip in and out of Central Lake thanks to its convenient location for reaching the ferry terminal that has ferries to the golden-triangle towns of Varenna and Bellagio. The prestigious Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is 9 minutes by drive. For lovers of nature, the hiking trail to La Crocetta observation deck is close by.

The centre of Menaggio itself provides a charming starting point from which to explore Lake Como's attractions. The resort is well-equipped for self-catering stays, with cafe-lined piazzas mingling with real restaurants, boutique gift shops, and supermarkets, all located just a stone’s throw from the apartment’s well-connected location. The resort town also provides a variety of daytime activities, such as kayaking and power boating.
