This tranquil, sunny 2-bedroom apartment is conveniently situated close to the Menaggio lakeside and can easily house up to 6 guests. With its large, sunny balcony with semi-lake-view dining, the second-floor apartment (with a lift) welcomes visitors to unwind in a lovely holiday atmosphere. The visitors also have access to a big shared swimming pool where they can relax on sun loungers at their leisure.

Within, there is a comfortable and spacious living room with modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a Smart TV and direct access to the private balcony. This airy refuge is ideal for summers, with large picture windows and beautiful views of the surroundings from every angle. The apartment's kitchen is sleek and furnished with all the amenities needed for a relaxing trip, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, induction hob and toaster.

Sleeping

The apartment has 2 stylish and ambient modern bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with 2 single joinable beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a wardrobe. There is also a sofa double bed in the living room to sleep 1-2 guests.

Both en-suite bathrooms are contemporary and have a shower, WC and bidet.

Located just a few minutes from the splendid lakefront, guests here can take their time and holiday at their own pace. The apartment makes it easy for visitors to dip in and out of Central Lake thanks to its convenient location for reaching the ferry terminal that has ferries to the golden-triangle towns of Varenna and Bellagio. The prestigious Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is 9 minutes by drive. For lovers of nature, the hiking trail to La Crocetta observation deck with breathtaking panoramas of Lake Como is close by.

The Menaggio centre itself provides a charming starting point from which to explore Lake Como's attractions. The resort is well-equipped for self-catering stays, with cafe-lined piazzas mingling with real restaurants, boutique gift shops, and supermarkets, all located just a stone’s throw from the apartment’s well-connected location. The resort town also provides a variety of daytime activities, such as kayaking and power boating.
