Spacious 1 bedroom apartment on 2 levels for 4 people, with 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a few steps from Politecnico and Milano Bovisa station. This modern apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor (with lift) of a recently built building and consists of a living room with open kitchen, bathroom and balcony on the first floor; double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom and terrace on the upper floor. At the entrance there is a hallway with a two-door wardrobe and the first bathroom, with shower box and washing machine. The living room is very bright thanks to the French window that opens onto the balcony, which extends along the entire length of the apartment. Here there is a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. The open kitchen is equipped with all comforts: induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations. From Bovisa station (a few minutes' walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario), that connects the city center in a few minutes. From Bovisa there are also direct train connections to Milan Malpensa airport. The yellow underground (direct connection to Duomo), station of Dergano, is about a 15-minute walk.
