Elegant villa spread over two floors, with direct access to the sea, in Mola di Bari.

Accessible through two independent entrances, it spreads over ground floor and upper floor: the ground floor opens onto the bright and spacious living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, fitted with an oven and a dishwasher, in addition to a large dining table. From here, it is possible to access the sleeping area, composed of two bedrooms that are fitted with a queen-size bed each. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the guests will find another living room with a beautiful glass table, in addition to a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, a coffee table and an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, including a dishwasher and an oven. On this floor there is the third bedroom with a sea view, furnished with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Two bathrooms with a shower each and a laundry corner complete the apartment.

The jewel of the villa is the fully-furnished outdoor space, which features two dining tables and a barbecue, ideal for having a lunch in the open air, some deckchairs, in addition to a lounging area, perfect for relaxing while enjoying sunset by the sea.
Guests can benefit from amenities such as the free wi-fi, the air conditioning throughout the accommodation and a heat pump for colder days.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property and one inside the residential complex in which the villa is located.

The highlight of the historic center is Piazza XX Settembre, with its monumental fountain dedicated to the sailors and the beautiful Chiesa della Maddalena, characterized by its contrast between the classic style of the facade and the lavish interior. Do not miss a walk on the promenade that leads to the harbor, which hosts the lively seafood market, perfect for diving into the authentic life of this typical seaside village. Due to its location, Mola di Bari is also convenient for reaching the worldwide known cities of Alberobello and Polignano a Mare.

The train station is around 5 minutes by car from the apartment, while the international airport of Bari-Karol Wojtyla is only 30 km away, and alternatively, at 96 km, Salento airport (Brindisi) is to be found.
