Located in the municipality of Montemaggiore, it is situated just one kilometer from the small town of Montemaggiore del Metauro and in about 20 minutes from the city of Fano and the Adriatic sea, where you can spend unforgettable summer evenings in the promenade full of restaurants, ice cream shops, music venues, and where one can take part in the many events and festivals taking place every week. Moreover, there are many other villages to visit in the surrounding area of the house, from Mondavio to Corinaldo, from Fossombrone to Urbino, that will help you discover the history and traditions of this area.
