Holiday apartments on an agriturismo with a garden, ideal for exploring the Friuli region
The agriturismo is in the moraine hills of Moruzzo, to the north of Udine, in the centre of the Friuli region.
The agriturismo offers five mini apartments in a building that was newly built in 2013. The apartments are completely independent and are fitted with heating and air conditioning. There is a washing machine available for use on request in a private room. The apartments and the garden have wireless Internet access.
The agriturismo belongs to an agricultural enterprise, whose fields lie in a picturesque landscape. All around the building there is a shared garden, which guests have free access to. There is a big, unmonitored parking area on the southern side of the house, which is free of charge. The owners can provide some bicycles for use free of charge on request.
Every day guests receive a basket with breakfast. Bed linen is changed weekly. On arrival a set of toiletries is provided in the bathroom.
The area the agriturismo is in is especially rich in natural, artistic and cultural places of interest. Nearby there is the castles and specialities route. The location of the agriturismo is ideal for going on trips throughout Friuli and exploring the surroundings by car, on foot, on horseback and by bike. The art towns and the nearby Udine golf club are within easy access. The nearest restaurant is 1km away, the biggest shopping centre in the region is 5km away. It is 50km to the sea.
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed (160 x 190cm) for two people, comprising a kitchen unit with a fridge, a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher and all the necessary tableware. The apartment also has satellite TV and a safe. A single bed (80 x 190cm) can be added on request, to accommodate a total of five people. The apartment has a private veranda, accessed through a terrace door. It is furnished with deckchairs. 682
