Located in a small building in the heart of the famous town of Noto, the recently renovated apartment extends over three levels. The entrance opens onto a spacious and cozy living area, equipped with a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. The environment is completed by a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom.

Designer stairs lead to the second floor where there is a modern kitchen equipped with a dining table, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and espresso machine. From here there is access to the highlight of the property, namely the large terrace equipped with a dining table and a beautiful view of the central square.

Then, On the island of Ortigia, there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 km away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park, and the precious San Lorenzo.
