BIRRI SUL MARE | In a unique setting, situated on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, in the heart of the archaeological site of Eloro, at the very beginnin of the natural oasis of Vendicari, and at a short walk from Noto, capital of the Sicilian baroque and heritage of 'UNESCO’, arise the BIRRI SUL MARE property: eight country houses, completely immersed in a lush and wild park at the same time overlooking the beach of Eloro Pizzuta with his wonderful pristine sea and the emerald, which is reached by foot in less than five minutes on the small wild road.

Within our Park large more than five acres of lemon, orange, olive and almond trees, each house is independent, private and surrounded by the greenery of its garden, fully equipped for rest, fun, barbecues and more romantic dinners candlelight.

The holiday home Villa Elorina has a dominant position and enjoys direct views of the beach of Eloro about 200 m away. Eloro, archaeological site of an ancient Greek city in the seventh century, situated in close proximity to a natural oasis Vendicari and 11km of natural beaches. From the house you reach the beach on foot along the private road easily passable even for children. Nearby is a small supermarket and the beach town of Noto Dilido. Elorina villa is situated in a quiet and yet very natural, surrounded by lemon and almond, with a few houses, but not isolated. The villa has been recently renovated and comprises: 4 bedrooms ( one double, one with two single beds , one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. the living area consists of a large bright space with kitchen and dining area with a sofa. you can spend time relaxing in the garden and under the cool canopy equipped for summer dining. Given that the house is spacious is suitable for two families or a group of friends. Noto, Unesco World Heritage Site, is just 5 km from the house, Siracusa Ortigia or Ragusa, Scicli and Marzamemi with his trap shall also be reached in a time of between 10 and 60 minutes by car.
