Description

Beautiful carefully restored countryhouse in Ostuni with several terrasses, large garden, pool as well as a roof terrace. Situated in the beautiful nature of Ostuni yet only a 5 minutes drive to infrastucture such as shops and cafes. The charming house is tucked away behind a large lectric gate and hedges. There is plenty of space for private and secure car parking on the grounds. A new counry style kitchen was built in 2017 with modern appliances. 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom  are situated in the main building and one bedroom ( with another bathroom/shower ) in the newly renovated poolhouse. All bedrooms have a newly installed aircondition and heating system and there is a newly installed electric woodstove in the old fire place in the living room. The perfect home for a wonderful holiday in Puglia.
