Stunning villa within Villaggio Fontanelle with veranda and large garden, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Villa Bartucci, a few steps from the sea, consists of a main unit that comes with a large living area furnished with armchairs and a dining table, and an open kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. The sleeping area consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with two single twin beds. Two bathrooms, one of which has a shower, complete the layout. The property also includes an outbuilding equipped with a queen-size bed and a half bath. The highlight of the house is the large outdoor space with a veranda perfect for dining on sunny summer days and a garden, where there is an outdoor shower. Air conditioning is only in the living area, while there is a fan in the bedrooms.

Free wifi and washing machine are available to guests.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral (600 meters from the apartment) that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic center and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westward there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.

The nearest airports are Brindisi and Bari, which are 30 minutes and 1 hour away by car, respectively.
