Beautiful, quiet and charming apartment, with two large terraces with views on the city and over San Francesco’s church rooftops, located in the historic neighbourhood of Kalsa.

This high-quality apartment in the centre of Palermo, very peaceful and bright, is located on the fourth floor and is spread over two floors. Thanks to its warm and colourful tones, the living room is very welcoming, with a sofa, a dining table and the fireplace. The kitchen, equipped with every tool needed to prepare a delicious meal, is completed also with an oven and a microwave, and has access to a balcony.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds.
From the entrance, you can walk up the wooden stairs that lead to the second level of the apartment where it opens to another living area. This area is flooded with light thanks to the large windows and a glass door that give access to the jewels of the property: two terraces, one of which with a wooden pergola that makes it possible to enjoy it also during the warmest hours of the day.
The apartment is equipped with two full bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and the latter with shower, decorated with turquoise mosaic tiles.

Comforts as free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning complete the property.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
Moreover, the apartment is located a few steps from the Cala, recently renovated and completed with the modern Trapezoidal Pier. A space that is the protagonist of an urban regeneration and redevelopment project with the aim of telling tourists and locals about the city's history and the fundamental role of its port for the entire territory.
