Charming apartment in an historical building in the heart of the city.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an historical building that, thanks to the renovation in 2012, retrieved its original splendour: Palazzo Chiarandà, a noble building totally restored with a huge entrance and antique decor.
It boasts many high-quality decors, from high ceilings to balcony railings and wood beams of the bedroom on the mezzanine floor. The whole property is enriched with classic elements that the owner desired to add.
The entrance gives space to a large and bright living area, furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a workstation, in addition to a dining area. There is also access to the independent and fully equipped kitchen, provided also with an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. On the same floor guests will find the main bedroom, finely furnished with a queen-sized bed, together with a full bathroom with shower. Finally, walking up the staircase in the living area they will access the large mezzanine floor that houses a second bedroom with a french-sized bed that can accommodate a couple or two youths, and provided with a private bathroom with shower. Comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating complete the property.

*The staircase to the mezzanine floor does not come with a banister, therefore the apartment is not appropriate for families with children aged less than 12 years.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.

The train Central Station is 5 minutes walking distance and is the end of line of trains and buses from/to the airport.
