Wonderful loft with terrace and sea view, in the heart of Palermo.

On the third floor of a building with lift there is this spacious and bright apartment. The living area is a double-height space with a lovely wood flooring and is furnished with a large corner sofa, a Tv and a workstation. Thanks to high french doors that give access to the balcony, this area is flooded with light and offers glimpses of the sea on the horizon and of the boats moored at la Cala. The kitchen is fully equipped, fitted with an oven and a dishwasher, in addition to a dining area.
Walking up the stairs in the living room, the bedroom with a queen-sized bed seems to float over the living area. From here, guests will have access to the silent and furnished terrace, where to enjoy privacy in a starry and warm Sicilian evening, maybe sipping a good local wine. An additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a large shower completes the property, in addition to comforts such as air conditioning and heating.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
Moreover, the apartment is located a few steps from the Cala, recently renovated and completed with the modern Trapezoidal Pier. A space that is the protagonist of an urban regeneration and redevelopment project with the aim of telling tourists and locals about the city's history and the fundamental role of its port for the entire territory.

The train central station is 15 minutes walking distance and is the end of the line for trains from/to the airport. From the same station there are also buses going to places as Mondello or Monreale.
