Villa with private patio in a residential complex in Mondello, a few minutes away from the beach and at a 20-minute drive from the center of Palermo.

The villa, located on the ground floor, opens onto the finely furnished living area, which features a dining table, a double sofa bed and an open plan kitchen equipped with the necessary cooking tools, including an oven, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with en suite bathroom, provided with a comfortable queen-size bed. The jewel of Villetta Olimpo is the large private patio furnished with a lounge area and a dining table with a parasol, perfect for enjoying delicious meals in the open air. Guests will benefit from amenities such as the air conditioning in the living room, the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the heat pump for colder days.

*Two private parking spaces in the outdoor parking of the residential complex will be at guests’ disposal.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.

The central station of Palermo is around 14 km away from the accommodation, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport is less than 20 minutes away by car.
