Spacious apartment a few steps from La Cala, the ancient port which nowadays hosts few trendy bars and restaurants.

The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building overlooking Piazza Fonderia and from where you can see La Cala. The living area consists of a single room with an open-plan kitchen, simply furnished yet equipped with all the cooking tools, a dining table, a sofa and a TV. The sleeping area comes with three bedrooms, all provided with a queen-size bed, a TV and a small fridge. Each room has a bathroom with shower, two of which are ensuite.

Free wifi, air conditioning in some bedrooms and independent heating will be available in the accommodation.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares. Moreover, the apartment is located a few steps from the Cala, recently renovated and completed with the modern Trapezoidal Pier. A space that is the protagonist of an urban regeneration and redevelopment project with the aim of telling tourists and locals about the city's history and the fundamental role of its port for the entire territory.

The train station is 15 minutes walking distance while the airport can be reached either with a 40-minute drive.
