The apartment, recently renovated located on the second floor of an ancient building, features a minimalist style that highlights the original stone of the walls.The areas spread over two levels and the spaces are open to make each room bright. The living area features a sofa, a dining table, a desk and an open kitchen complete with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower on the first level and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and open shower on the upper level. From the mezzanine level it is possible to access the terrace, furnished with table and chairs overlooking the walls of the Spasimo.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating with heat pump, washing machine and iron.

*The property building is currently subject to renovation and painting. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day.
