The house, recently renovated and fully furnished with designer furniture, consists of a living room with sofa and equipped wall equipped with TV; a livable kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, kettle, dining table and access to the beautiful terrace overlooking Via Principe Belmonte.
Finally, the sleeping area, consisting of a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and an open en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the layout of the apartment.
