The apartment, on the fourth floor of an Art Nouveau building with no elevator, features a living room with sofa, TV, dining table and open kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed equipped with fan, and a beautiful terrace furnished with chairs and a coffee table. A recently renovated bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, and heating with heat pump.
