The stunning panoramic lake views incorporate the famous golden triangle resort towns of Bellagio and Menaggio, providing idyllic central lake views to leave an everlasting impression for you and your guests.

The internal sleeping accommodation is ideal for families with a spacious and stylish master bedroom and a second bedroom furnished with two single beds, making this beautiful holiday home ideal for groups and families of upto four. A newly fitted modern bathroom with power shower, wash basin, WC, bidet and washing machine completes the internal accommodation.

A private garage in the gated complex is provided for guest's use and for those looking for the perfect way to relax the sunny outdoor swimming pool offers the ideal venue to soak up the sun and embrace your lake escape

From this fabulous residence the surrounding mountainside hiking routes can be enjoyed and the nearby ski resort is an ideal winter escape during your holiday.

From Perledo the nearby resort town of Varenna, named the ‘Porto Fino’ of Lake Como and arguably one of the most romantic of all resort towns on the lake, is situated just a 10-15 minute’s drive away.

Here guests can enjoy exploring the magical medieval quarter with timeless cobbled streets which lead to quaint cafe lined piazzas, lakefront vistas and the famous attraction of Villa Monastero.

An idyllic woodland trail leads above the town to the historical Castello di Vezio where medieval re-enactments, banquets and falconry displays can be enjoyed during the long summer months.

Other than the beautiful famous villa attractions and breathtaking natural scenery the wide selection of central lake activities from the family friendly Lidos to sailing, power boat hire, swimming, tennis, golf to paragliding draw many visitors here each year; making this location perfect for holiday makers who want it all and perfect for guests of all ages!
