The beautiful and elegant apartment is located in a community complex that offers a pool, and it has a large equipped garden with an umbrella and comfortable beach loungers to enjoy relaxing moments, sip delicious local wine as you are admiring the belvedere that Lake Como offers.
Additionally, the garden is equipped with table and chairs to taste typical Italian style dinners with the company of relatives and friends.

The apartment has two bedrooms with air conditioning, a double bed and a single bed in each, and in addition, there are two full bathrooms with a shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

Varenna O’ Sole Mio is located in the municipality of Perledo which it overlooks the beautiful town of Varenna, called the diamond of Lake Como. From there, you will be able to take the ferry to go to Bellagio, Menaggio, and to discover the wonders of the lake. Additionally, thanks to the railroad located just 2 km from the apartment, it is easy to reach Lecco, Milano, and Bergamo for a daily trip.
