The beautiful and elegant apartment is located in a community complex that offers a pool, and it has a large equipped garden with an umbrella and comfortable beach loungers to enjoy relaxing moments, sip delicious local wine as you are admiring the belvedere that Lake Como offers.
Additionally, the garden is equipped with table and chairs to taste typical Italian style dinners with the company of relatives and friends.
