The beautiful and elegant apartment is located in a community complex that offers a pool, and it has a gracious balcony and terrace to enjoy relaxing moments, sip delicious local wine as you are admiring the belvedere that Lake Como offers.
Additionally, the terrace is equipped with a table and chairs to taste typical Italian style dinners with the company of relatives and friends.

Thanks to wide doors that gives access to the terrace area, Veloccino del lago is a bright apartment with a breathtaking lake view throughout the living space.

Additionally, thanks to the railroad located just 2 km from the apartment, it is easy to reach Lecco, Milano, and Bergamo for a daily trip.
