Being in a hilly area, but not far from the sea, even if it is hot in summer there is always a sea breeze to cool the air. It feels like being in an earthly paradise, peaceful and full of greenery. A few kilometres away you can visit cities of art such as Urbino, Cagli, Assisi, Gubbio. Natural landscapes such as the Furlo Gorge with its natural park and fauna, the beautiful and evocative Frasassi caves. Also nearby are the sanctuaries of Fonte Avellana, Fossombrone, Loreto. But for those who love the sea, a few kilometres away, 15 minutes by car, there are quiet beaches and crowded beaches to your liking: Fano, Senigallia, Marotta, Cattolica, Riccione, Rimini.
