Fourteen minutes drive away, the nearby town of Cremia with its charming harbour and shingle beach boasts a popular water sports club, a selection of cafes and bars to enjoy as well as the popular restaurant ‘La Baia’; which serves fresh lake fish, local wine and delicious Italian pizzas.

From the natural serenity of the hillside residence, the picturesque resort town of Menaggio is also just 19 minutes by car, enabling guests to easily dip in and out of the Central Lake.
