The 2-bedroom duplex enjoys a very suggestive view of the lake and is perfect for a family as well as a romantic getaway. The apartment’s residence is sunny and spacious and it offers a large communal swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip right on the premises. The hillside apartment also enjoys a uniquely peaceful location and features everything you would need for modern-style living and memorable vacation on Lake Como.

There is a very vibrant and open living area with direct access to a private balcony. The balcony features open-air seating, where you can soak up delightful sunshine along with the sweet summer breeze, a glass of Italian wine, and the enduring beauty of Lake Como. The living area has a sofa, flat-screen TV, and lovely dining set up which is totally complemented by its fully equipped and open kitchen with a dishwasher. Other utilities like a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and range cooker are also available to whip up and enjoy delicious meals on your holiday.

The holiday apartment is located just a 5-minutes drive away from the beautiful shores of Lake Como, where visitors can enjoy the lake and also dine in some fine lakeside restaurants - a typical way of unwinding when on Lake Como.

The apartment has a number of beaches within easy driving distance; Spiaggia Dei Gravedona, Spiaggia Lerai, and Spiaggia di San Vito, all are within a 15-minutes’ drive from this holiday apartment in Pianello di Lario. For Lido lovers, the closest lido is Lido di Dongo, a 12-minutes drive from here and home to a lakeside playground, perfect for enjoying classic past-time activities like playing frisbee. For golf lovers, the famous Golf Club of Menaggio and Cadenabbia is about a 20-minutes drive away, meanwhile, mini-golf is 15-minutes from here.

The closest hiking area (Rava), but by no means the only one to take in the breathtaking beauty of Lake Como, is located at just 15-minutes' driving distance. Furthermore, for those who do not want to miss out on the typical touristy things to do, the world-famous Villa Balbianello is under a 25-minutes drive from here.
