At the entrance, the apartment opens up to a well-maintained garden with a BBQ and outside dining for you to relax peacefully.

The open-plan living area with kitchen has a French door that opens onto the garden and is illuminated with natural light. It is designed with minimalist furniture like a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table set, providing charming mountain views from the inside. You will find modern amenities like a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, and a fridge with a freezer at your disposal.

Hiking trail by the lake, camping, parks, a tennis court and a children’s playground are within walking distance of 3 minutes. Alternatively, you can visit the nearby museum in just 2 minutes of walking. To explore some local cuisine, guests can dine at Veranda Beach or Laguna Beach within a 6-minute walk, along with a bar and a supermarket next door.

Furthermore, other attractions like Piazza Dei Platani, Castello Di Rezzonico, Porticciolo, RaniSa Tara Palace and Madonna Delle Fontane can be explored in less than 10 minutes by car. Nearby beaches and beachside bars are also reachable within a 10-minute driving radius.
