We are at the foot of Mount Nerone, which offers the possibility to go to naturalistic itineraries and have an active vacation: hiking, trekking, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, and other sports in contact with nature. The apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living open space consisting of a living room, fitted with a fireplace and a sofa, and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Through a large window you can access to an outdoor area where you can eat and enjoy the panorama that opens onto the green of the surrounding hills. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with armchair-bed. On the upper floor, there is a second double bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for one person and a bathroom with shower. From a separate entrance, on the ground floor, access to a double bedroom with a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower. A few meters away from the property, on the other side of the quiet road, surrounded by ornamental plants, there is a large private swimming pool, where you can spend some time sunbathing and taking refreshing baths.
