Situated in the hills and close to the town of Pisogne, this flat is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house consisting of a total of three flats. The owner lives in one of the flats. The entrances are independent and the outdoor spaces are hidden from view of the others. The flat offers 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family of 6. Equipped with the best amenities such as a swimming pool, sun loungers and much more, the flat is perfect for lovers of tranquillity. Plan a visit to Lake Iseo, the fourth largest lake in Lombardy, for a day in serenity. Both the lake and the town of Pisogne are only 2 km away. Torre del Vescovo (Bishop's Tower), the Parish Church of Santa Maria Assunta, the municipal park and Miniera 4 Ossi (Mine 4 Bones) are some of the main places to visit in the region. Don't forget to visit Piazza Vescovo Corna Pellegrini and the Italmark shopping centre. Several restaurants and grocery stores are located nearby, just 1.5 km away. The flat comes complete with parking, garden furniture and a barbecue. It is rather secluded, on a slope overlooking Lake Iseo and the village of Pisogne, both 2 km away. From the garden, where there is a communal 50-square-metre swimming pool, there is a beautiful view of the village, the lake and the surrounding mountains. In the garden there is also a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue for eating al fresco. The place is reached by driving 400 metres along a straight, steep but paved road. A local bus stop is 2 km away. Orio al Serio international airport is less than 80 km away! Animals are always welcome! Please inform us of their possible presence before arrival.
