Boasting a beautiful haven in which to relax, entertain and while away a memorable year-round holiday, the living room is equipped with a stylish L-shaped leather sofa, a large flat screen SKY TV and a sleek kitchen diner for 4.

The ravishing red gloss kitchen adds a fun zesty flavour to home cooking and dinner parties-in, with everything to hand including an eye-level oven, a gas hob, a kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Illuminated by the ambience of contemporary lighting, the chic dining area offers an effortless setting in which both couples and families can relax and entertain in style. Accompanied by the alfresco dining terrace (reached from the living room glass doors), the scene is set for carefree summertime moments together!

Guests can enjoy marking special occasions too whilst away, with the possibility of hiring a private chef too.

The calm and collected reception is perfectly complemented by 2 generously proportioned double bedrooms. Beautifully furnished in the same serene contemporary style, each double bedroom tempts couples and families of 4 to enjoy a guilt-free holiday slumber. The lake view master bedroom also benefits from direct access out to the private lake view garden.

A chic fitted bathroom with shower cubicle completes the light and airy feel of this spacious apartment. Outside, the sunny private garden boasts spectacular panoramic views of the mountains, lake and Central Lake hotspot resort towns.

Guests can enjoy soaking up the sun from one of the 2 sun loungers provided, or savour a relaxed lunchtime snack, an ambient alfresco aperitif at sunset, or a star-lit dinner party to remember.

Private parking and a garage are also on hand for guest’s use and convenience. In all there are 16 external steps.

The residence benefits from a beautiful outdoor swimming pool (shared by just 10 apartments in total).

Situated to the sunny Menaggio hillside, couples and groups are within enviable driving distance of the prestigious Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, the Loveno Tennis Club, the La Barcola Agroturismo, the main road to Lugano city and of course the lakeside centre of Menaggio.

Within the picturesque holiday appeal of the well-serviced resort town, guests will find an array of cafes, authentic restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops to complement their stay. A kid’s park, mini golf, power boat rental service, kayak hire and a fantastic family-friendly Lido (which offers discounted entry for guests!) can also be enjoyed.

Menaggio is also home to a romantic lakeside promenade, a buzzing cafe-lined piazza and a car and passenger ferry with frequent links to the other famous Central Lake resorts of Bellagio, Varenna and Cadenabbia.

The Central Lake is also home to a wealth of authentic restaurants, family-friendly Lidos, tennis and golf clubs and also opportunities for cookery lessons, wine tasting, sailing lessons, art classes and more!

A fast passenger ferry service also operates to Como city, whilst bus links also offer the perfect way to explore the western shore all the way to Como in the south, as well as the north of the lake and Lugano city (via Porlezza). Sightseers can also enjoy exploring the famous villas and botanical garden attractions of the Central Lake; whilst the water sports, hiking trails, extreme sports and close-by Italian Alp ski resorts offer the perfect daytime distraction for active guests and nature fans.
