In the area you can go hiking in the surrounding mountains, swim in the nearby Lido or play a round of golf in the nearby resort of Menaggio (11 minutes' drive away).

The modern open plan living room is perfect for entertaining day and night. Two French doors lead onto the sunny lake view balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a pre-dinner aperitif.
The cozy seating area is equipped with free WiFi and a Smart TV (SAT reception, Netflix and Amazon Prime available).
A large dining area for 8 persons completes the chic, modern fitted kitchen which is equipped with an induction hob, eye-level oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

The 2 outdoor areas offer carefree space for relaxing and entertaining outdoors. The front balcony offers a magnificent view of the Alps and Lake Como. The rear patio has a BBQ and outdoor dining area.

In the main house you will find three double rooms, two with a lake view on the same floor and another double room on the floor below with access to a spacious modern guest toilet.
The fourth bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a modern shower, sink and toilet is located in the separate spacious apartment of this complex. Independent of the main building, you can prepare a coffee in the morning with a Nespresso machine and plan the day in the chic dining area.
The three story townhouse has a private covered open plan 1 car garage.

From its setting along the tranquil hillside road of Via S. Sebastiano, 9, guests are placed a 3 minutes’ drive away from Plesio village. The historical village enjoys access to plenty of woodland mountain walks and also features basic amenities; including a bus stop with frequent services to the lakeshore and centre of Menaggio (11 minutes’ drive away).

Pretty nearby Menaggio offers a wide selection of grocery shops, cafes, restaurants, gift shops and resort facilities to complement your stay. Its picturesque lake promenade leads past boat rentals, ice cream shops, mini golf and cafes to a modern family-friendly Lido with 2 pools and a sandy beach. A frequent Central Lake ferry service to Cadenabbia (for the Tremezzina lidos, restaurants, walks and Villa Carlotta, Bellagio (for tourist shopping, the Villa Melzi and Villa Serbelloni gardens, the Jungle Raider Park and the Extreme Outdoor Sport club) and Varenna (for Villa Cipressi, Villa Monastero, Castello di Vezio and its quaint ancient centre) offer and a fast ferry service to Como also features from Menaggio ferry port, whilst buses provide easy access to the western shore lake villages as well as to Lugano and Como city.

As well as exploring Como and Lugano (32-40km away), guests can also enjoy sightseeing day trips to Bergamo (66.5km) and Milan (80km). For those flying in, the closest airports are Orio al Serio (Bergamo) 55km away and Milan Malpensa, 61km away.
