A large two-story house in a quiet and peaceful area with a large green park around it near the seaside village of Porto Azzurro. Two spacious apartments obtained from a beautiful manor house near Porto Azzurro, in a quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by a large park of tall Mediterranean vegetation that creates a particularly cool micro climate in summer and mild in winter. Each apartment includes its own outdoor area equipped for dining al fresco in the countryside. The nearest beach is Barbarossa which is 1 km from the house and a 12 minute walk. Pets are accepted upon request and prior authorization. Four-room apartment A sleeps 6 + 1 - First Floor This large 85 m2 apartment is accessed via a comfortable covered external staircase and consists of 2 double bedrooms (one air-conditioned and one with a ceiling fan) and a bedroom with a bunk bed (air-conditioned), a living room with a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one for guests). The kitchen leads to a large terrace covered by a veranda in the part equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Upon request at least 7 days in advance, it is possible to add a third fold-out bed (camp bed) with a supplement.
