The entrance is via an external staircase, on the first level we find the double bedroom with bathroom with shower cabin. Going up an internal staircase leads to the upper attic level where there is a wonderful living area with corner sofa, second double bed, modern kitchen. The living area has an external view onto a magnificent roof terrace for exclusive use with garden furniture, grill and awning to guarantee shelter from the hottest hours.
