Bright apartment with small terrace and amazing sea view in the heart of Porto Cervo, a few minutes drive from the magnificent beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

The apartment, located on the first floor accessible by stairs, has been furnished with attention to detail and light colors, which give it freshness and elegance. The entrance opens onto the living room featuring a dining table, sofas, armchairs and a TV, and boasting an access to the small terrace with table and chairs, where guests can dine outdoors and enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Porto Cervo. On the left, a short corridor leads first to the independent kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave, then to the bedroom with a queen-size bed, a desk, a closet and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer that has become the kingdom of luxury holidays. In the sixties, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of this coastline, decided to buy the lands of this corner of Gallura to create the paradise of elite international tourism. Today the new marina, with 700 berths, is one of the largest and most equipped in the Mediterranean and hosts the prestigious Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, which organizes international sailing regattas.
In summer, you can easily find yourself going shopping with movie and TV stars in the prestigious boutiques of Porto Cervo, location of daily appointments with the international jet set, among parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by fancy restaurants, luxury hotels and exclusive clubs.
The whole village is surrounded by beautiful villas and beaches with crystal clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind. Indeed, it is a great location to visit the wonders of this stretch of coast. Nearby, do not miss Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja and Principe Beach.
