On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious living room, a comfortable open space kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase, you will find an attic relaxation area with two comfortable sofa beds and two double bedrooms with large bathroom with walk-in shower. Depandance 2 adults + 1 child From the outside there is access to a lovely outbuilding with kitchen, double bedroom and a third bathroom. The property includes a large garden, private parking spaces and a beautiful swimming pool perfect for fully enjoying the hot summer days.
